Patrick Faucher, Board Member
Patrick Faucher
President and co-founder of nimbit, Patrick has been a lifelong musician and technologist Prior to nimbit, he was part of a team that launched some of the very first e-commerce websites for artists such as Aerosmith and Phish during the early days of the commercial Web. In the late nineties, he led the development of BuyItOnline.com, an online shopping mall, which was then sold for $60M in 2000.

Patrick is an honors graduate of Berklee College of Music and also has a background in computer science and database architecture. Over the past 20 years, Patrick has performed and toured around the globe and across the states as a professional trumpet player, arranger and vocalist.

Phil Antoniades, Board Member
Phil Antoniades
As nimbit's co-founder and COO, Philip Antoniades is responsible for overall operations, product development and design. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, Phil has owned a record label, managed nationally touring artists, worked as a producer, promoter and toured internationally as a professional drummer.

In the early 1990s, he started Johnny Brock Management, a promotion and booking agency. Johnny Brock Management was a principle partner in the acclaimed International Acoustic Underground Competition. In 1996 Phil founded Artist Development Associates Inc., offering mastering, CD manufacturing, design and promotion services as a complete support system for touring independent artists. In 1997, Phil launched cdfreedom.com, in order to provide online retail and fulfillment of CDs and merchandise for the companies growing customer base. Artist Development Associates, CDFreedom.com and Nimbit merged in 2004. Phil is an honors graduate of Berklee College of Music.

As a DIY pioneer and a member of the "scrapper" generation, Phil drives nimbit's product path by pursuing solutions that center around creating real income streams that benefit the artist while strengthening the direct connection to their fans.

Matt Silbert
Matt Silbert
Matt Silbert is a true dot-com veteran, with over 13 years of experience producing and managing successful music industry web sites. As Senior Director at the legendary Stumpworld Systems, he was responsible for the premiere site launches of Phish.com, Aerosmith.com, and Bluenote.com, to name a few. Other credits include the official sites of The Boston Ballet, Charles Mingus, Blind Boys of Alabama, Glen Phillips (Toad the Wet Sprocket), Medeski Martin and Wood, Los Straitjackets, Ollabelle, ASCAP, Link Wray, John Lurie, The Skatalites, and many more.

Specializing in website usability, Matt has taught courses in web development, design and strategy at the University of Massachusetts, School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and Santa Monica College.

JP Twarog
JP Twarog As CTO, J.P. charts the course for all of nimbit's IT related initiatives to yield an architecture that is in-line with the that of the company. As his cubicle is far from an ivory tower, he also serves as a key member of the development team. Before co-founding nimbit, J.P. was responsible for leading a team of developers at SureFire Commerce, Inc. in the design and support of secure, high volume distributed publishing systems for the company's e-commerce platform. Prior to his work there, he founded Imprintables.com, where he pioneered the development of an early rich internet application with "WYSIWYG" image design tools for custom online order processing integrated with real-time, B2B supply chain management capabilities. J.P. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a Masters in Computer Science from Tufts University.

Paul Birch
Paul Birch is nimbit’s Chairman of the Board. Paul is an independent investor, business owner and advisor to technology companies, with more than 20 years experience as both an advisor and in senior management positions. He has worked with both private and public technology companies ranging in size from early stage to nearly $500 million in revenues and has focused on the global growth of businesses. Paul is a member and Director of Common Angels, the Double-Take Software (NASDAQ – DBTK), Emerson Hospital and the Emerson Hospital Foundation.
Bob Cramer, Board Member
Bob Cramer
Bob Cramer is a private investor, board member and advisor with 26 years experience in high-growth venture-backed businesses. Most recently, Bob was CEO of LiveVault, one of the first software-as-a-service businesses targeting the SMB market, which was acquired in 2005. Bob was also CEO of FirstSense, which was acquired in 1999. Cramer has also held senior sales and marketing positions at Oracle, CenterLine and Ingres. He received his BS from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his MS from the University of California at Berkeley.
Joe Caruso, Board Member
Joe Caruso
Joe Caruso has been an advisor to CEOs and an advocate for entrepreneurship and professional corporate governance for over 20 years. Joe has served as CEO or work-out manager for companies ranging from start-up to $150 million in sales; is an investor and active board member with several companies; and is heavily involved with issues of corporate governance. He is Chairman of the Board of Common Angels; a principal in Walnut Venture Associates; and a Managing Partner of Brookwood Partners, all investment groups for early stage companies. Joe is past president and member of the regional board of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He has served on the board of numerous companies, private and public. Currently, in addition to nimbit, Joe is a member of the Board of Directors of Boston Micromachines, and an advisor to the Boston University Photonics Center.

Don Rose

Rod Underhill
Rod Underhill is co-founder of the original MP3.com, an online music company that within two years became worth more than $2 billion. He is also the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to MP3: Music on the Internet, and MP3.
David William Baum
David William Baum is an experienced venture capitalist with twenty one years in the information technology industry, including twelve years in technology finance and nine years in entrepreneurial operating management roles.
