The nimbit user guide has documentation and FAQ pages on a variety of topics covering all aspects of your nimbit account.

Support Ticket System
If you can't find the answer in the user guide, use the support ticket system, accessed through your dashboard, to submit a question and receive support via email. To create a support ticket, simply log in to your nimbit dashboard and under 'Help' select 'create new support ticket'. Please enter as much detail as you can. The support team will log the issue and respond promptly with an answer.

E-mail support
If you are unable to log in to your account to create a help ticket, you can send an email message to support@nimbit.com. Please include your user name or your domain name with all support requests. Email to this address is reviewed during regular business hours. During the week, expect a response within 24 hours or less in most cases.

Telephone support for technical questions is available during our regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please call 866-8NIMBIT.
