Every nimbitOMT has the ability to display your calendar, but now you can take it one step further and sell tickets as well. With a nimbit account and an agreement with the booking agent or venue, you can sell tickets to your shows online. nimbit offers two ways to sell tickets :

1. e-Tickets - collect names into a will-call list that you print and deliver to the venue in time for your show. We send you the list automatically when the ticket expires. Setup is FREE. Commission is 20% for nimbit Free artists or 10% for nimbit Retail or nimbit Retail + artists.

2. Physical tickets - send your event tickets to us and we will fulfill orders as they are received. Physical tickets carry a 15% commission and require a one-time setup fee of $9.95. Physical tickets are not available with the nimbit Free plan.

Setting up tickets for sale online is easy. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Talk with the booking agent at each venue and work out the particulars, including ticket price and revenue split
  2. Log into your nimbit account and, once you are in your dashboard, select the 'My Catalog' view
  3. Click on the 'add product' link located on the left side of your dashboard and select 'tickets'
  4. A wizard will lead you through the set-up process, requiring that you provide certain product details and select prices
  5. If you elect to have nimbit fulfill orders for hard tickets, after completing your set-up, you’ll need to send them to us and we will fulfill orders upon receipt
  6. If you elect to create a will-call list, then just before your show, log into your nimbit account and, once you are in your dashboard, select the 'My Catalog' view, then click on 'sales reports', search by product for the tickets you set up, download the information into Excel, print your list and deliver it to the venue
  7. We notify you (via e-mail) of every ticket sale, and we send you a check each month reflecting your revenues (less applicable sales commissions)
