Important information regarding digital distribution:
- YOU decide where your music is distributed. Choose to distribute through one, all or any number of the retailers in our digital distribution network.
- Once you’ve paid your one-time, per product set-up fee ($14.95), you never pay it again, no matter how many outlets you elect now or in the future.
- Other than in a few cases, each outlet sets the price for your product. They payout your sales commission on dates that they specify. Generally, you receive between 60 – 70% of each sale less, in some cases, sales tax and other sales-related fees.
- WE PAY YOU 100% OF THE AMOUNT WE RECEIVE FROM THE OUTLET FOR SALES OF YOUR MUSIC. That’s right! We do not take any commission on your sales through online retailers.
- Each outlet has their own rules and policies regarding when they make your music available on their service, when they make payouts, etc. See our FAQ for more information.
