CD/DVD replication

What is Replication?
Replicated CDs or DVDs are pressed, injection molded discs made with a metal stomper following the glass master process. The stomper that we make will likely press up to 30,000 discs. Replication is often confused with duplication, but the process is in fact much different.

Glass mastered discs guaranteed to be identical to your master
Three color on-disc silkscreening
Print press quality inserts on 100 lb stock
30 minutes prepress graphic work
UPC (UCC-issued barcode)
Electronic graphic proofs
Assembly and wrapping

You can order replicated discs in jewel cases, cardboard sleeves, chipboard sleeves, digipaks, DVD amaray cases, or as bulk CDs and DVDs in overwrapped stacks.
